Shocktober is off to a great start!
The great #31DaysOfHorror are now underway, and I’m having a blast sharing some of my favorite Halloween films!
Day #1 got off to a rousing start with “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” – you can read some great trivia about this seminal film here:
For day #2, I offered up the legendary Actor George C. scott is a terrific haunted house movie:

I kept it on the classics the first few days, which leads to America’s favorite “Scream Queen!”
Jaime Lee Curtis starred in what many feel is the greatest “Halloween” movie ever – because, well it is called “Halloween!”

Eli Roth paid homage to one of the world’s most shocking films, “Cannibal Holocaust” with his terrific horror film “The Green Inferno”:

I needed a break from “shocking” – so I went with a different kind of Halloween thrill:
Yes, there are some great Halloween movies that also featured naked Vampires! See all you need to see right here!
Of course, some movies aren’t necessarily “great” films, but boy, are they wildly entertaining!
“Pieces” is certainly not a perfect film, but the blu-ray includes a bonus documentary about New York’s notorious 42nd street of the 70’s – see it here:
