Celebrating One Of Playboy’s “Biggest” Playmates!
As part of my “2021 Sex Kitten Countdown”, I’ve been looking at some Models who have achieved success by breaking records – and that’s what some reports say Patricia Farinelli did to be sure!
Patricia was born on March 18, 1960 in Los Angeles, California.
Farinelli worked as a cashier, a waitress, a hostess, and in a clothing store after she graduated from high school.
As with many young women in Southern California, her looks brought her to the attention of Playboy, and soon she was a star!
She was chosen as Playboy’s Playmate of the Month in December 1981. Patricia was 21 when she became a Playmate.
Did Patricia Set A Playboy Record?
Here’s where I have not gotten a clear sense of whether Farinelli had the distinction of being the bustiest woman to ever pose for “Playboy” up to that time…..however, she will always be considered one of the “bustiest” ever! She certainly lives up to the honor…
While very popular at the time, Patricia didn’t jump into the entertainment industry.
Her sole foray into film acting was an uncredited bit part in the comedy “Wholly Moses!”.
Not a bad ad to be sure!
While she may have not gone into acting, she certainly got involved with Hollywood!
According to her online bio, at the height of her Playmate fame Patty dated such celebrities as Tony Danza, Burt Reynolds, David Cassidy, and Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss.
She had no regrets about her career…as she said:
“When I’m old and gray, I want to be able to show pictures of me to my grandkids and say, ‘Your grandmother was a looker and don’t you forget it’!”
Um, don’t worry, we won’t.

Patti’s is another example as to why the 80’s was the probably the best decade for busty beauties. Patti is one of those ladies that you can never forget!
