My “2022 Sex Kitten Countdown” has tried to shine a spotlight on some Cult Movie Queens who appeared in a few provocative films, but never got the recognition they deserved.
Some are difficult to profile, because they don’t appear in many films, and often use different names – and that’s the case with Jessica Moore, but her movies are worth discovering!
Jessica Moore was born on August 8, 1967 in Urbino, Italy as Luciana Ottaviani. She only had a handful of films in her career using wither the name Jessica Moore or Gilda Germano.
I first was intrigued when I saw this poster:
“Eleven Days Eleven Nights”
How could I not be intrigued? This 1987 film was made by the provocative Director Joe D’Amato, you pushed boundaries in his erotic thrillers:
The plot sounds familiar, but it’s about what you do with the material that matters, and D’Amato knows what to do!
In eleven days time, Michael is due to wed his fiancée Helen. However, when he meets Sarah he finds himself unable to resist her.

Unable indeed!

Jessica actually got her film start a year earlier in D’Amato’s provocatively titled “Convent Of Sinners”, using the name Gilda Germano.

Next up was one of her most erotic roles – a film that tore the lid off of the sensual world of modeling!
“Top Model” in 1988 was also directed by D’Amato – and they certainly made a provocative team!
This film is filled with classic D’Amato erotic scenes, and Jessica is on full display:
And what about this 1988 shocker? That’s Jessica on the right – why is she being given a handful of flowers while nude? Who knows or cares!
Check out the plot: six teenagers are terrorized in an isolated villa by ghosts of Nazis killed during World War II by an air raid while participating in an orgy!
A family of 4 makes a long drive to Aunt Martha’s house to visit her for the first time in years. Only she isn’t there. Just the caretaker and his message that she will appear the next day…if they survive the night.
After her last role in 1989, Moore retired from the film business.
According to Director D’Amato, Jessica’s partner did not want her to take erotic roles!

For the Italian DVD release of “Eleven Days, Eleven Nights” in 2010, a documentary on the disc has Moore recounting her experiences shooting with D’Amato in America. That would be fun to see!
Bravo to Moore for the provocative, if short career – and boy, does D’Amato know how to pick ’em!
Laura Gemser starred in a number of the Director’s wildest films – click here to see them all!
This Actress appeared with Gemser in some wildly entertaining films with scenes like these:
See much more of Monica Zanchi’s wild career here:
Remember that Gemser played “Emanuelle” in a few films, but she wasn’t the original:
That was, of course, Sylvia Kristel – what a career she had as well, and you can see it all here:

Best wishes, Pete.
